Tavell L. Kindall, DNP, APRN, FNP

Dr. Tavell L. Kindall is a board certified family nurse practitioner. He provides primary and specialty care to adolescents and adults living with HIV; and education, treatment, and prevention services for high-risk populations. He completed the RN and APRN programs at Grambling State University, and he completed the DNP degree at the University of South Alabama College of Nursing. He became a professional nurse in 1998, and has practiced in a variety of settings including medical/surgical nursing, critical care nursing, emergency nursing, air medical transport, nursing education, and advanced practice nursing. He is active locally and nationally in numerous professional organizations for nursing, and speaks extensively locally and nationally on a wide range of nursing and healthcare topics. In his free time, he enjoys church, sports, community service initiatives, traveling, and spending time with close friends and family.
