In accordance with LAC 46:XLVII.3309.A.11, the Louisiana State Board of Nursing provides a roster of all individuals licensed. The roster contains the name and address of each individual listed. An Adobe document is made available for purchase at the cost of $10.00.
In addition, you have the option of obtaining the names and addresses of licensees in the form of a comma separated value (CSV) file. The same information as the roster is given in the form of name and address. However you have the ability to filter the list based on parish and/or credential type. A CSV file is generated at a cost of $0.02 per name.
A copy of the Annual Report can be requested by Compact Disc (CD) for a $10.00 fee.
